Thank you for your interest in participating in the 2011 La Grange Pet Parade. There are many ways that you can be a part of the parade, select the one that best suits you!

Contact Great Events, Inc. at 847-480-9500 ext. 106 if you are interested in becoming a volunteer for the 2012 La Grange Pet Parade. Forms will be available the end of February.

1. Sponsor
Download and fill out a Sponsor Form.

2. Entertainment
To be a part of this year’s Pet Parade! Download and fill out an Entertainment Entry Form. Be sure to include all required information and the Pet Parade Committee will let you know the beginning of May if your entry was selected to perform in this year’s parade.

3. Organization / Club
This section is for organizations and / or clubs who would like to have an entry in the parade. Download and fill out an Organization/Club Entry Form. Floats or other entries must be parade and theme appropriate. Be sure to include all required information and the Pet Parade Committee will let you know the beginning of May if your entry was selected to be a part of this year’s parade.

4. Business
Do you have a business in La Grange or a surrounding community? Fill out an Business Entry Form for the Pet Parade and come join the others in this great local event! All entries are subject to approval by the Pet Parade Committee and entry forms must be filled out in its entirety.

5. Individual or Group
Download and fill out a Individual or Group Registration Form. Available May 1, 2012.

Registration for Individuals
Register to participate in this year's event by downloading a registration form and register in person at one of the below registration locations.

1.) West Suburban Chamber of Commerce: 9440 Joliet Road, Suite B, (Republic Bank Building), Hodgkins, IL 60525

2.) Park District of La Grange: 536 East Avenue in La Grange

3.) Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage: 219 W. Hillgrove Ave. in La Grange

4.) La Grange Village Hall: 53 S. La Grange Road in LaGrange

5.) La Grange Public Library, Youth Services Desk, 10 W. Cossitt in La Grange.

Return completed registration forms to one of the above registration locations above by Friday, June 1, 2012 and receive your participation pack for the parade, which includes:
• Pet Parade Instruction Card
• Map of Assembly Areas
• Entry Number
• Parade Route

Note to Parents - You must pick up your child’s participation pack at one of the above locations. We must receive your completed registration form by June 1, 2012 and you must have your participation pack to participate in the parade.

Registration for Groups
**Again This Year: Indian Guides and Princesses Groups, Boy Scouts and Girl Scouts, Church Groups, etc. must register through Great Events, Inc. Please contact Jennifer at 847-480-9500 X 106

All individuals and groups who enter in the parade receive a free snack and drink at the end of the parade and have a chance to win the Pet Parade Contest! More information about the contests can be found on the contests page of the website.
