REGISTRATION

Register to participate in this year's event by downloading a registration form and register in person at one of the below registration locations.
1.) West Suburban Chamber of Commerce: 9440 Joliet Road, Suite B, (Republic Bank Building), Hodgkins, IL 60525
2.) Park District of La Grange: 536 East Avenue in LaGrange
3.) Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage: 219 W. Hillgrove Ave. in LaGrange
4.) CEP Youth Leadership: 4905 South Gilbert Avenue in LaGrange

Return completed registration forms to one of the above registration locations above by Thursday, May 29, 2008 and receive your participation pack for the parade, which includes:
• Pet Parade Instruction Card
• Map of Assembly Areas
• Entry Number
• Parade Route

Note to Parents - You must pick up your child’s participation pack at one of the above locations. We must receive your completed registration form by May 29, 2008 and you must have your participation pack to participate in the parade.

CHILDREN’S PET PARADE COMPETITION

Participate in this year’s Pets & Pals Parade Contest for your
chance to win the one of may prizes! Show your support by dressing up your pet and yourself in your best creative costume!

CATEGORIES (INDIVIDUAL AND GROUP)
Dogs & Pals: You and your dog walking!
Pets & Pals: You and your pet that is not a dog or a stuffed animal or just come in costume!
Pals on Wheels: All of our friends on wheels! Bring your
bikes, skateboards, scooters or rollerblades!

JUST FOR ENTERING…
Receive a free snack and drink at the end of the parade!

will have 1st, 2nd and 3rd Place winners!
1st Place - $500.00 Savings Bond and the Breen Trophy
2nd Place - $300.00 Savings Bond and a Winner Trophy
3rd Place - $150.00 Savings Bond and a Winner Trophy

Group Categories
Each category (Dogs and Pals, Pets and Pals and Pals on Wheels)
will have 1st, 2nd and 3rd Place winners!
1st Place - $75.00 Pizza Party and the Judge’s Trophy
2nd Place - $50.00 Pizza Party and the a Winner Trophy
3rd Place - $25.00 Pizza Party and the a Winner Trophy
